Hollambys is a small organic farm where you can relax in a tranquil setting surrounded by fields and woodlands. Situated in an elevated position in a recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,  the three Cottages offer fine views over the Weald and have private gardens to the rear with a southerly aspect. The Cottages are in a detached converted former Estate Office at the top of the drive and being a good distance from the road offer a traffic noise free location.

The area is great for walking with direct access to Birchden Wood, with the spectacular Harrisons Rocks, and a quarter of a mile up the road is Broadwater Warren, a RSPB reserve of some 450 acres.

The picturesque village of Groombridge is just half a mile away where you can travel back in time by taking the local steam train into Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The village has two country pubs, one overlooking the village cricket ground and one next to the popular Groombridge Place Gardens. For your shopping needs there is a village Post office, a general store and a superb village bakery.

Thank you for the “tea and cake”, lovely after a long journey. The Cottage is lovely, very clean and nicely laid out. The area is beautiful and we have had a busy week / Batemans is worth a visit as is Chartwell – both have beautiful gardens.

Many thanks for a wonderful holiday! The cows and chickens were a big hit, and the cottage couldn’t be more comfortable. All the best until next time.
